Hello!

I’m Yuriy Romadin and I’m a web-developer living in Jelgava, Latvia. Currently I'm studying a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science at LLU.

Since high school I had a passion for programming and graphic. In the may 2009 I have finished web-developer course at ISMA university. From that moment on I know exactly what I want to do in my life.

Although I know several programming languages, I prefer to develop website’s client-side, which consists of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

My favorite CMS is Wordpress. I think it is currently the best open-source system. And statistics confirms this. From February 2011 till January 2012 I was creating clean, professional and premium Wordpress themes at FunctionThemes.

I create clean and cross-browser HTML, CSS and JavaScript code. To speed up development time and be sure to create cross-browser code, I prefer to use modern frameworks, such as jQuery for JavaScript, Twitter Bootstrap for CSS and Kohana for PHP.

Currently I’m working at Sellfy as web-developer. This is a young startup, which helps creative people to sell their works online. For example this is very useful for book writers, web-developers etc, who want to sell their digital goods.
